What to expect.

Do riders have to pay to use maps offline?

No. The free rider experience includes one offline region, and riders can switch which region is stored.

Is route planning free?

Yes. Every route is planned for the machine you ride: DynamicTrail steers it clear of posted closures, one-way sections, seasonal limits, and the club's restrictions on that machine, using the trail data currently loaded. If those constraints leave no connection, Why no route? explains what stopped the route and shows where. Following, saving, cloud sync, and sharing are Premium capabilities being tested and are not yet for sale.

What does Android Auto support?

On a compatible head unit, Android Auto can show trail context and machine eligibility, control ride recording, surface approach alerts, and follow a route planned on the phone. It is an optional Premium capability, and Premium is not yet for sale.

Can a club join without a trail file?

Yes. The onboarding form accepts partial information, and a GPX or KML file is optional. We can discuss the best starting point after submission.

Will a club be charged for the office tools?

Nothing is charged today, and no price has been decided. The tools are switched on for clubs that ask to try them, and core trail stewardship is free for every club, always.

When will iPhone and CarPlay be available?

iPhone releases at the same time as Android. CarPlay follows later this year and does not have a public date yet.
