Delete Your Account

Deleting your DynamicTrail account is permanent and cannot be undone.

From the app

1. Open the DynamicTrail app and sign in.
2. Tap the profile button on the map screen.
3. Choose Delete Account and confirm.

Without the app

Email simardsoftware@gmail.com from the email address on your account and ask for it to be deleted. We'll confirm once it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in account (username and email address).
• Your trail reviews, event RSVPs, club memberships, and any live-location data.

Trails and waypoints you contributed to public trail systems remain on the map — the same way edits to a public wiki outlive an account — but your name and account id are removed from them. See the privacy policy for full details.
